Uzes

I went with my wife to stay with her sister for the weekend at her house in Uzes in the Gard area in the South of France. I had a lovely weekend. The house is gorgeous, though quite basic and undergoing some work. It’s bordered by a cherry orchard. The town of Uzes has stunning architecture and a great feel of France. We also visited the local historic site of the Pont du Gard, a huge roman bridge and aqueduct (the latter the bit right at the top).
