Mead still bubbling

The mead has been fermenting since the afternoon of the 17th. Into the 8th day now, it’s still bubbling though at a much reduced rate. The “chicks” demi-john is the slowest (and clearest) as expected since that had less honey in it. The taste is still good:  although there is little of the fruity interest of wine there are still good complexities of flavour coming from the character of the original honey.
